The primary objectives of RJM are:

• To lead and inspire all who are willing to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

• To inspire disadvantaged youth to become responsible adults.

• To help develop strong character and high moral values and spiritual wisdom. To encourage young people, especially students, to pursue academic excellence and maturity.

These objectives are being achieved through numerous educational, religious, and community service programs.

The emphasis of the ministry is three-fold:

1. Indigenous (home) missionary training and ministry operations.

2. Evangelistic outreaches (both national and international).

3. Strong Bible-based teaching churches with an added emphasis on I Pet 2:2.
